Stay in the Escape pod
Camping but with comfortable sleeping facilities provided for you.
Escape the pressures of city life in our beautifully situated camping pod. Perfect for walking, cycling, horse riding, or simply relaxing, with Bodmin Moor right on the doorstep. Wander through our acre of woodland, sit beside the stream, and enjoy the quiet surroundings of nature.
The pod can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and one child.
Inside the pod you will find:
- No electricity! The pod is off-grid, but we do provide two battery powered lights.
- A comfortable double bed, with bedding & linen included.
- A small bed settee for one adult or child
- A dining table with two chairs and two stools.
- Crockery and cutlery.
Outside the pod you will find:
Shared shower and toilet facilities just a short walk from the pod, with electricity, kettle, fridge, and coffee machine. These may also be used by guests staying in the Bell tent, if occupied.
- A fire pit and wood
- A raised slab for outdoor cooking (no cooking or flames inside the pod)
- A BBQ (please bring your own camping stove)
- Should you wish to travel light we have a kitchen box for hire, containing a camping stove, gas and everything required to prepare a simple meal (£10)
