About us
We love camping, nature and animals. So what could be better than a small campsite on Bodmin Moor and our collection of animals to keep us company. Located in the heart of Cornwall with Bodmin Moor surrounding our smallholding we are ideally situated near the picturesque village of Warleggan overlooking the Glynn Valley.
We started the campsite in 2019 and have enjoyed every minute of it. We offer basic camping in the lower field where we minimise impact on the land and two low impact Glamping facilities - check out below!
Escape pod
Escape the pressures of city life in our beautifully situated camping pod. Perfect for walking, cycling, horse riding, or simply relaxing, with Bodmin Moor right on the doorstep. Wander through our acre of woodland, sit beside the stream, and enjoy the quiet surroundings of nature.
Bell tent
Stay in our spacious 5m diameter Willow Bell Tent and enjoy the fun of camping with the comfort of a real bed and a ready-built tent. Set on it’s own terrace below the camping pod. It’s a peaceful retreat where you can relax, explore the woodland down to the stream, and listen to the sounds of wildlife.
Camping in the Lower Field
Camp beneath a magnificent 150-year-old oak tree in our peaceful lower field. With a water tap, compost toilet, covered kitchen area. Enjoy woodland walks and a stream for paddling, it’s the perfect place to switch off, unwind, and enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside. The absolute lack of city life.
Experiences
We can offer a number of guided experiences from guided walk on the Moor with cream tea, to a beginners Silent Retreat.
